Colorado born-and-raised, Declan is the go-to person for any and all things field-related including strategy, mechanics, tactics, and data crunching.  Having organized for multiple winning Colorado campaigns since 2017, they know all the challenges, obstacles and rewards of running a strong and passionate field outreach program for any campaign, both big and small.

Declan is a hobbiest graphic designer and loves creating a good-looking aesthetic for any piece of media. They also produce electronic music and love a long road-trip into the mountains.
