Val Nosler Beck
Val Nosler Beck is a veteran Democratic strategist with over two decades of experience leading campaigns and advising candidates at the local, state, and federal levels. As a Partner at The Strategy Division, Val brings deep operational expertise and a proven ability to scale strategy—from grassroots municipal races to complex, high-profile statewide and congressional campaigns.
Throughout her career, Val has guided dozens of successful Democratic campaigns across Colorado. Her recent work includes leading victories for Wanda James for University of Colorado Regent and Rhonda Solis for State Board of Education in a newly redistricted congressional district, as well as multiple State House and Senate races. She has also managed competitive congressional and countywide campaigns, including Trisha Calvarese for Congress and John Walsh for Denver District Attorney, and played a key role in supporting the transition of the Denver DA’s office following the election.
In addition to her campaign leadership, Val is a seasoned trainer for both candidates and campaign staff, helping teams build durable infrastructure, navigate challenging political environments, and lead with clarity and confidence. She brings a practitioner’s perspective to her work, having run for office herself and served on the Wheat Ridge City Council, as well as professional experience working within Colorado state agencies.
Val’s approach is grounded in building strong teams, strengthening community connections, and advancing strategies that deliver real results.
